Greetings! We hope the information provided here helps your team prepare for your away meet at our pool! We will contact your TSA reps in advance of the meet, but do not hesitate to reach our if you have any questions!

Our pool closes to members at 4:00pm on meet days. We will be ready to welcome your team at 4:30pm.

Parking for away teams is reserved in our main pool parking lot, just off of Walden Creek Drive. Overflow parking is available on Walden Creek drive on the side closest to the pool. To ensure the safety of all participants and to allow for traffic flow, there is no parking on the far side of Walden Creek Drive.

There will be an attendant on hand to assist with parking.

Deck Layout

When you enter the pool from the parking lot, please proceed straight ahead to the canopy opposite the entrance. Walden Creek will use the canopy at the turn end of the pool. The deck will be cleared by our set up volunteers so you can sit outside the canopy on the deck. See the attached deck plan for your reference.

Timing System 

Dolphin Timing 2x per lane. Prepare to provide 6 volunteers to time and 1 OOF judge (only used in case of timer malfunction)  We will have our TSA meeting at 5:40 at the back gate near the tennis courts. Please ask all timing volunteers to be prompt. 

We will have tables, canopies, and power available along the start side of the pool for your technology volunteers.

Bathrooms and Showers 

There is a head house that has bathrooms and showers that are available for use. 

Concessions 

We have a concession stand that has all kinds of goodies available. We typically have pizza, burgers and hotdogs. We will also have sweet treats like candy, fruit chews, etc. The concession stand will provide volunteers with water on deck. Concessions are located behind the visitor canopy in the head house.

Visiting teams may PRE-ORDER pizza (large pie or slices) burgers and hotdogs (individual items and combo meals) through our Square Store. Click the link and purchase items under the date for the meet. Pre-orders close at 9PM the Sunday prior to the meet.
