Greetings Parents,

Tomorrow we will host our first home meet of the season vs. our Apex neighbors, the Olive Chapel Otters. All relevant information about the meet can be found on the MEET DOC. Please arrive and get your swimmers checked in by 4:45pm so that they can begin warmups on time. 

Note About Events

Our swimmers will swim all 4 strokes tomorrow evening. With all the challenges the weather has presented the last few weeks, this will give our swimmers some additional opportunities for development. Athletes may only swim in 3 main events, so this is why some swims are marked as exhibition (non-scoring). 

Theme

The theme for this meet is Neon Out! Have your swimmers wear some bright clothing and accessories. Have fun with it!

Concessions+

Our Wahoo Dads grill will be serving up delicious hamburgers this week. We will also have pizza and the usual goodies.

Buoy Bowls will join us in the pool parking lot serving up their incredible Açaí Bowls and smoothies.

Lost and Found

If you left the mock meet and found you had a team shirt or other items that does not belong to your swimmer, please return it to the snack shack. We had a few items get switched around after the mock meet.

Volunteering

If you are timing the first or second half, please make sure you are in place for the timer’s meeting at 5:40pm by the tennis courts. We must be able to start the meet at 6pm!

Weather

We have the potential for some scattered storms tomorrow evening. Please have the Swimtopia App ready to go with notifications enabled. We will do everything we can to get through the meet if it can be done safely.
